The Digital Capture of Light

This months' theme for the Click Photography contest hosted by Jugalbandi was "Crust". Details of the contest are here. Our entry for the contest is this photo of a Cannoli titled 'Nuts, Cheese and Crust'.

Last month, our entry 'Zen Orange' on the citrus theme was able to make the top 10 and also the top 5 for 'Most Drool-Worthy'. Thanks to the Jugalbandi team!

This photo of "Pickled Carrots with Orange" is our entry for this months Click Contest hosted by Jugalbandi. You can read more about the contest here . This is our second attempt at Click and we'd like to think we've learnt a bit about food photography during the process of planning and preparing for the photoshoot. This is my first attempt for CLICK - food photography event hosted by Jugalbandi. The theme for the month of July is Tea and Coffee.

It was quite an experience and I'll write more about it once I am back home in Houston.
