Houston Downtown

This is an interesting photo. Seasoned photographers would instantly recognize this as a composite. Since this was taken early in the morning, there wasn’t enough light to expose the foreground and the background both correctly. While old film shooters have to fiddle with a graduated neutral density filter, I took two shots with my digital camera-one properly exposing the foreground and the other the background. I then combined the two in Photoshop to get this pleasing exposure.

Hello Rajan,
This is an Elegant composition! Did u use a Panoramic / Meduim format camera or shot with the 35mm SLR and edited it?

Siva,
Thank you. This was shot with a 35mm DSLR, then I cropped the top and bottom to create this panaromic composition.
