The Digital Capture of Light

This months' theme for the Click Photography contest hosted by Jugalbandi was "Crust". Details of the contest are here. Our entry for the contest is this photo of a Cannoli titled 'Nuts, Cheese and Crust'.

Last month, our entry 'Zen Orange' on the citrus theme was able to make the top 10 and also the top 5 for 'Most Drool-Worthy'. Thanks to the Jugalbandi team!

This photo of "Pickled Carrots with Orange" is our entry for this months Click Contest hosted by Jugalbandi. You can read more about the contest here . This is our second attempt at Click and we'd like to think we've learnt a bit about food photography during the process of planning and preparing for the photoshoot. Below is another photo showing the various ingredients that went into the final product. For more photos from this shoot, do visit my flickr page here.

I'm recently trying out my hand at food! I mean photographing them!! The tough part is setting up the composition to be pleasing! Thankfully V helps me out with that!

This picture was taken to show the ingredients that V used to make matter paneer following a friends recipe. For more photos and the story see here. Stay tuned for more food photographs on this site
